We are seeking an Executive Search Director to join our team in Sydney. At Latitude IT, we are a leading provider of IT solutions with expertise across various sectors. We have delivered on various search assignments and we are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced executive search director to help us build on what we have done so far and help us accelerate this further.The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with executive and highly skilled professionals, having the ability to understand the needs of the business and reacting swiftly to the ever-changing market.This position requires exceptional sales and recruitment skills, a strong technical understanding and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of developing long-term relationships and negotiating with senior staff.We are looking for an individual with the following key attributes:

• Extensive experience in executive and senior-level recruitment
• Thorough knowledge of the design and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Strong understanding of technical aspects related to the sector
• Proven record of successfully managing and developing networks
• Highly organised and results-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
