For clients we haven’t previously engaged, we’ll undergo a comprehensive discovery process, getting to know the challenges and needs of the business, then diving into the specifics of the contract requirements. We’ll get to know the line manager running the project in order to better understand what they’re looking for in a contract recruitment engagement.
We then create an agreement which formalises the expectations of the contract including timelines, budgets and required skill sets.
Next we engage our large contractor pool, and canvas suitable contractors and prepare a number of options for the client to choose from. Many of our dedicated contractors have been working exclusively with us for a number of years.
