With 20,000 records and expanding, the platform supports women in tech through informed pay negotiations and job applications. Latitude IT's co-founders, James Gildon and Alison Evans, played a crucial role in its development, demonstrating a strong commitment to gender pay equality in the tech sector.

Latitude IT were one of the first contributors on the platform that now has 6 contributors and of the time of this Article is just about to launch Techsalaries very own API.
